Compensation Analyst

Duties:

60% - Partner with Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to collect information, and partner with Compensation Manager to make sound compensation package recommendations that are both externally and internally competitive.

20% - Support compensation review process, such as providing data review/audit, providing support in conducting market analysis, and assisting with preparation of the review process

10% - Conduct ad hoc analysis, data audit and special projects in support of compensation programs with quick turnarounds.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct experience in compensation administration, with experience as a compensation analyst • Experience with using Radford Global Surveys required • Advanced Excel skills required • High level of attention to detail and discretion to highly sensitive information • Excellent analytical skill and problem-solving skills • Collaborative, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Strong working knowledge of HRMS/HRIS. Experience using Workday high
