Job Description

SVS Group is currently looking to hire 5 Business Development Representatives to work for one of our best Computer Application Clients here in Phoenix, AZ.  You will have typical Business Development Representative job duties to include:

  • You will be given 2 - 3 Account Executives to work with.  They will help determine which type of clients to go after and who to call.  You will do Email Marketing and/or cold calling into HR Professionals and people at the Director Level to setup meetings for those Account Executives.
  • You will be provided thousands of unique leads, with no limit to area, and given the task to set meetings with our Account Executives.
  • You bring an enthusiastic approach to generating and qualifying sales leads through prospecting, cold calling, emailing, social media outreach, etc.
  • While you call the shots, the Client's team has your back every step of the way, with talent and leadership committed to giving you the support and resources you need to provide the best sales experience possible.
  • You can fully utilize all the client's sales automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools.
  • With a base salary plus commission, your earning potential is up to you.
  •  You will work directly with the VP of Marketing as well as our sales team

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • You must have at least 1+ years of very recent Business Development, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, or Lead Generation Experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
  • If you do not have a Bachelor's Degree then you must have at least 5+ years of the same type of experience.
  • This is a startup company just getting on their feet.  The sales team has been around for a little more than a year.  This position will be ever changing, very fluid, and constantly updated.
  • You must have the personality to enjoy changing with the company, going with the flow, managing yourself, and doing whatever is needed to get the job done
  • There is a multitude of positions to grow into already plus more to come as the company grows.
  • You must have a very strong Growth Mindset and have a lot of Grit and Determination
  • You must take extreme ownership of your work and really focus on getting your leads in.
  • There is an unlimited earning potential so the more meetings you set the better.
  • You must also take direction well and you must get along well with others
  • We are currently hiring for two different shifts.  Our team focusing on the East Coast will work Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm and the team focusing on the West Coast will work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
