Job Description

SVS Group is currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to work for one of our best Law Firm Clients here in Phoenix, AZ.  You will have typical Administrative Assistant job duties to include:

  • The Electronic Filing Admin will perform administrative work directly related to the management of case files.
  • The candidate will be building and maintaining our electronic filing system.
  • You will be scanning, filing and creating electronic files
  • Data Entry, Typing and strong computer skills
  • The ability to learn software applications quickly.
  • Careful attention to detail is critical
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to effectively prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • The most successful candidate must consistently follow through and follow-up, have a positive attitude, be motivated and a self-starter, be productive and engaged, and must be 100% committed to providing top-notch service to our clients.

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • You must have at least 2+ yeas of Administrative Assisant Experience
  • You must have very strong computer skills
  • You must have outstanding Data Entry Skills and have very close attention to detail
  • You must be very organized and enjoy working on different projects at the same time
  • The ability to learn software applications quickly.
  • The most successful candidate must consistently follow through and follow-up, have a positive attitude, be motivated and a self-starter, be productive and engaged, and must be 100% committed to providing top-notch service to our clients.
  • You must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • You must have outstanding punctuality and attendance
  • You must be able to work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm plus overtime as needed
