Job Description

SVS is currently hiring an Account Specialist for one of our best Aerospace Clients here in Phoenix, AZ.  You will have typical Account Specialist job duties to include:

  • Work closely with Sales Management to grow profitable sales with existing and new customers.
  • Strengthen and develop relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Respond to all customer requests in a timely and professional manner; as well as internal request for information
  • Process/Enter customer orders and forecasts into ERP system
  • Monitor customer order schedules to ensure timely delivery by working with Production and Scheduling Management.
  • Process, prepare and follow up on Customer Request for quotations and proposals

Job Requirements


  • You must have at least 2+ years of Account Specialist Experience in the Aerospace or Manufacturing.
  • High school diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to read blue prints a plus
  • Must have excellent verbal face-face and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively on teams and other departments within the factory.
  • Ability to multitask and constantly prioritize responsibilities.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office.
  • Must have inside sales or customer service experience.
