Job Description

SVS Group is currently looking to hire a General Shop Labor/Janitor for one of our best Aerospace Clients here in Phoenix, AZ.  You will have typical General Shop Labor and Janitorial job duties to include:

  • Cleaning/Janitor duties around the shop and office
  • Moving & Lifting items in the shop to wherever they need to go
  • Helping out all departments as needed
  • Once hired, may be driving (clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs throughout your shift. 
  • Agile and able to move, lift, get on top of things, etc.
  • This person also helps with delivery- loading and unloading.
  • Show up to work every day and work hard.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • We are looking for someone that has good Warehouse, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Experience that also has some Janitorial Experience
  • This is a great way to get into the Aerospace Industry and learn and get promoted from
  • We are looking for people that have good longevity on their resume 
  • You must show up to work every day with a good attitude and want to learn and work hard
  • You must be able to lift up to 50lbs throughout your shift
  • You must be able to lift, bend, sit, stand for 8 - 10 hours per day
  • You must take direction well and you must get along well with others
  • You must have outstanding attendance and punctuality 
  • You must be able to work Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm plus overtime as needed.
